GTP+ Action

10/11-13/11/2011 – HOTFAIR – (Convention Centre, Recife - PE)

GTP+ was invited to participate in HOTFAIR, an erotic fair, due to their work as in the field of STD and AIDS prevention. Several educators from the Merchants of Illusion project were present at the event, informing the visitors about the work of the organisation. The actors from the Street Theatre Prevention Group performed the sketch,  "Lampião and Maria Bonita in the age of AIDS" on the main stage. The GTP+ stand was one of the most visited at the event.

11/11-14/11/2011 - XVI ENONG (National Conference of AIDS NGOs ) - Belém, Pará.

GTP+ participated in the VIII National HIV/AIDS Vaccine Day that preceded the XVI ENONG. GTP+ contributed to discussions on the following topics:

10/11/2011 - Prevention Activity at MV Informática Nordeste Ltda

Theatrical skits illustrating STD/AIDS prevention methods were performed in 40 different rooms at the offices of MV, a company based in Boa Viagem, Recife.

07/11/2011 - Prevention Workshop at Terranor

Two hour workshop carried out by a team of GTP+ educators for 130 employees of Terranor, a company located in the municipality of Cabo de Sto Agostinho.
